Live Action Shorts

Herald and Nocturne are two live-action shorts, which showcases my writing, editing, and directing ability.

Herald is a mockumentary that plays with the idea of what people think will cause the end of the world. I mixed narrative and real interview elements together inorder to create an opener for a bigger story. It was shot with a small crew with a RED Epic camera on the streets of San Francisco, as well as a stage provided by the Academy of Art University.

Nocturne is a crime drama about the relationship of two thugs, as one of them struggles with drug abuse and memory issues. This was shot for Campus Movie Fest, where we were given a one week deadline. We won a few awards on the road, and was runner up for the 10,000 dollar grand prize.
